Account Manager:
Adopting the Cisco Business Architecture Approach (810-440 DTBAA)
Cisco Midsize Collaboration Solutions for Account Managers (700-105 MCAM)

System Engineer: 
Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices (210-060 CICD)

Cisco Express Specialization certifications are good for two years. To maintain specialization requirements, a Channel Partner must maintain the required active certified individuals.

Individuals can recertify by retaking the required exams or completing 40 continuous learning points by their anniversary date.
