Under South Carolina law section 59-58-39 as a business-to-business training provider, Global Knowledge may only provide training in the event:
- Sponsoring employer pays for training directly. An individual may not pay for a class and then be reimbursed by his/her employer.
- Sponsoring employer allows the employee to attend the training on company time.
