How the SATV Program Works

You are likely qualified for SATV redemption if your organization purchased Microsoft Software Assurance with a Microsoft Volume License Agreement. Contact the Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk if you need assistance determining your eligibility.

You can start by activating your SATVs at the Microsoft Volume Licensing Services (MVLS) site:


How Do I Redeem SATVs?

The Global Knowledge SATV Helpdesk makes redemption easy. With 65 training centers across the United States and with more than 75 eligible courses available via Classroom Live, Virtual Classroom Live and Private Group Training delivery, we can train you on the latest Microsoft technologies when and where you and your IT staff need it. Getting started is easy!

  1. Select an eligible Microsoft course.
  2. During checkout, select Credits & Vouchers under payment method.
  3. Under vendor, choose SATVs and enter your code.

After we contact you to confirm your enrollment, you're ready to start training! If you have questions or need help with redeeming your voucher, call +1 (800) 268-7737 (choose option 1) and ask to speak with our SATV Helpdesk or request a call.
