And, if you’re going to take a Microsoft certification exam, do you prefer to take it at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center or in the comfort of your own home or office?

You now have more options with Microsoft’s announcement of its certification online proctored exams. Like others, they’re moving to the cloud, which means more convenience and easier access to IT services and applications, including the challenging Microsoft certification exams. You’ll be able to schedule and start a Microsoft exam within 15 minutes of registering!

In order to maintain the security and integrity of Microsoft exams and certifications, you’ll have to follow a rigorous set of protocols and security checks when taking the Microsoft certification exam online, which includes being recorded (audio/video) and prohibits note-taking and restroom breaks. In addition to those restrictions, you’ll go through an identity check and a work-area scan. Minimum technical workstation requirements, along with recommended test-taking environment standards, are provided. There are lots of details, so be sure to check out the notes and links below.

At Global Knowledge, we fully support your Microsoft career development – that’s why we created Microsoft training exclusives (six months of practice labs, mentoring, virtual class recordings and class retakes). We’re committed to giving you all the tools you need to acquire Microsoft skills.

To prove it, now through the end of 2014, we’re including a free Microsoft exam voucher for all standard Microsoft classes. Yes, you heard that right: Our Microsoft classes include six months of practice labs, mentoring, class recordings, and retakes, and now you get a free Microsoft exam.

So how can you finish 2014 with a bang? Get Microsoft-certified with the help of one of our official Microsoft classes – and do it in the comfort of your home or office. Or, keep it old school and visit a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center to take your Microsoft exam.

Either way, good luck, and take it easy on that water before you sit down to test, my friend.
