Global Knowledge Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointments of William Garrett to CFO and Jim Gruskin to SVP Strategic Development and Quality
CARY, N.C. -- Global Knowledge, the worldwide leader in technology skills solutions, has moved to strengthen its leadership team with the appointments of William Garrett as executive vice president and chief financial officer, and James Gruskin to the new role of senior vice president of strategic development and quality. Both effective Monday, April 1, 2019.
William Garrett will lead all financial activities, including financial reporting, accounting, treasury, insurance and tax, as well as financial/business analysis and planning. He joins Global Knowledge from his most recent position as CFO with Hybrid Enterprises in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a BSc. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Jim Gruskin has worked with Global Knowledge since 2016, in both consultancy and in-house roles, and recently served as interim CFO. As SVP of strategic development and quality, he will lead strategic development projects internally and drive business-wide process improvement.
Jim holds a BSc. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has spent over 20 years as an operating executive, investment banker and corporate finance leader, executing over 50 strategic and capital market transactions with total value in excess of $70 billion.
