VMware Exam Retake Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- To be eligible for the Exam Retake Voucher, the student must attend all delivery days of a GK Public Training Schedule session or GK Private Group Training session of any of the VCP6.5-DCV courses that correspond with the VCP6.5-DCV Prep Kit.
- The student must take the corresponding VCP6.5-DCV exam within 60 days of completing a GK Classroom Live session or a GK Virtual Classroom Live session.
- Students who do not pass the corresponding VCP6.5-DCV exam within 60 days of completing the GK course can request a retake exam voucher within 30 days of the failed exam by submitting a copy of their exam results to their Global Knowledge contact.
- These retake exam vouchers are non-transferable. Exam Retake Vouchers may only be redeemed by the individual they have been assigned to. Authentication of the training recipient is required at the time of registration, and is accomplished by the customer providing Global Knowledge with the exam voucher number and email address of the individual to whom the voucher was assigned.
- Exam Retake Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, monies or other valuable considerations.
- The Exam Retake Voucher will expire six months (180 days) from issue date.
- The VMware Learning Partner reserves the right to cancel a class according to local cancellation policy.
- In the event of cancellation by the student, Global Knowledge will invoice the customer directly for any charges due to no-show or late cancellations according to the cancellation policy set forth above.
