Ruth van der Wey, PMP and Prosci® certified, works at the crossroads between organizational transformation and driving revenue for her Clients. Experienced in the development of strategies on how to scale global professional service organizations since 2003, Ruth has helped IBM to develop their Global Business and Technology Services standards and competencies. At IBM, she provided direction and support to over 900 project managers. She set and implemented the corporate national strategy and oversaw the implementation of these programs. Ruth then went to Blast Radius (acquired by WPP) and, as VP Project Services, she helped one of the largest interactive agencies in Canada create and implement a Global PMO standards and best practices framework. Ruth is an expert in delivering successful transformation strategies with an emphasis on adopting proven techniques from large corporate implementations and applying them to any unique environment.

In 2008, Ruth founded Krysalis as a way to further develop these ideas and organize them into a business that helps organizations build profitable and sustainable companies. Experienced in start-up and leading large and complex turnaround situations, Ruth has worked with business leaders for the last 20 years. Her corporate experience includes Fortune 500 executives in the financial, retail, telecom, utility, marketing and advertising, mining, transportation, manufacturing, and government sectors.
