Pranav Shah brings over 20 years of experience leading technical teams at Sony Canada, as the Manager of Information Technology and Security. His areas of expertise include managing and architecting IT infrastructure services, database management, security, and POS systems and websites. He is member of Sony Canada's IS Platform Governance Board and is a key player in developing Sony's IT strategy and execution for Canada. Pranav provides leadership to a team of 16 IT professionals in delivering services and solutions, and mentors them to develop their skills in at least 5 to 10 technologies to improve their agility. Pranav earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from York University in Toronto, and also holds ITIL and CISM certifications.
Pam Maguire brings extensive strategic and technology market development experience to her position at Global Knowledge Canada in IT product management and business development. At Global Knowledge, she is responsible for overseeing the IT training portfolio management for various technology areas including software development, virtualization, security, and cloud computing. Prior to Global Knowledge, Pam worked in various technology firms including Juniper Networks, Redknee, QuickPlay Media, and Nortel Networks in a variety of engineering, manufacturing, product management, and marketing roles. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science - Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Industrial Engineering.
