Who should become an adviser?
Someone who oversees or is responsible for employee development (mid to senior level managers/directors). Or a frontline employee who directly benefits from skill development opportunities.
What is expected of an adviser?
The panel is optional so we want people who are excited about the topics they’ve expressed interest in. We need you to provide thoughtful and insightful feedback. The time commitment will vary based on the individual feedback opportunities you or your employees choose to accept. Providing feedback on a proposed product roadmap or outline could take minutes, whereas serving as a “representative student” and providing feedback on a beta/pilot delivery of a newly developed course could take hours or days.
