GK Polaris Terms and Conditions

The GK Polaris Discovery and Elite Total Access Collection for Microsoft subscriptions (“the Subscriptions) are for a single user and are non-transferable. Sharing an account, including sharing the content of a training, is not permitted.
Subscribers must attend, participate, and complete all live courses in which they are enrolled.
Subscribers must notify at cancel.nam@globalknowledge.com at least 16 days prior to a live course start date if they wish to cancel a course enrollment.
Subscribers may not enroll in live courses that run concurrently.
Purchase price is non-refundable.
Course inclusions vary according to the country of purchase.
The Subscription begins on the date of enrollment and provides access for 12 months. All courses must be completed prior to the Subscription end date.
Subscribers may repeat a live class. However, subscribers must complete a class prior to re-enrollment, and will not receive courseware and exam vouchers (where applicable) when repeating a class.
Live courses are offered on a space-available basis.
Live courses are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and other factors.
Courses may be added to or removed from the Subscriptions during the subscription period.
