CARY, N.C. and TORONTO - Global Knowledge, the world's leading IT and business skills training provider, today announced learning support for Cisco's new CCNA Collaboration and CCNP Collaboration certification programs, designed to arm IT professionals with the latest in voice and video implementation, troubleshooting and configuration skills. These curriculums will replace CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice and CCNA Video certifications.

Global Knowledge expert instructors and training specialists are busy working on courseware and labs to help IT professionals achieve and maintain the latest Cisco certifications. As voice and video job roles continue to converge to unified communications, network administrators, collaboration engineers and network video operators will require a revised set of skills to succeed and to enhance their career outlook. The CCNA Collaboration and CCNP Collaboration courses will be available soon.

As Cisco releases the new courses, IT professionals can continue to pursue the existing CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice and CCNA Video certifications. These certifications will remain active for three years after completion. The CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice and CCNA video exams will be retired August 14, 2015.
