- The Microsoft Elite Total Access Collection is for a single user and is non-transferable. Sharing an account, including sharing the content of a training, is not permitted.
- Subscribers must attend, participate, and complete all live courses in which they are enrolled.
- Subscribers must notify at cancel.nam@globalknowledge.com at least 16 days prior to a live course start date if they wish to cancel a course enrollment.
- Subscribers may not enroll in live courses that run concurrently.
- Purchase price is non-refundable.
- The Microsoft Elite Total Access Collection subscription provides 12 months of access to the content included.
- Content entitlements vary according to country of purchase.
- Content entitlements for US and Canada subscribers are as follows:
- The subscription begins on the date of enrollment, and all courses must be completed prior to the subscription end date.
- Subscribers may repeat a live class. However, subscribers must complete a class prior to re-enrollment, and will not receive courseware (where applicable) when repeating a class.
- Live courses are offered on a space-available basis.
- Live courses are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and other factors.
- Courses may be added to or removed from the Microsoft Elite Total Access Collection subscription during the subscription period.
- The Microsoft Elite Total Access Collection subscription may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or other savings programs except where explicitly stated.
