Cisco Premier Certification Collection - Terms and Conditions

The Cisco Premier Certification Collection provides 12 months of access to over 40 Cisco certification and technology courses. The subscription begins on the date of purchase.
The Cisco Premier Certification Collection is for a single user and is non-transferable. Sharing an account is not permitted.
The Cisco Premier Certification Collection may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or other savings programs except where explicitly stated.
Courses may be added, updated, or removed to the Cisco Premier Certification Collection at any time during the subscription period.
The purchase price is non-refundable.
Classroom Live and Virtual Classroom Live courses:
- Students can only enroll in GTR (Guarantee to Run) courses using the Cisco Premier EZsite
- Courses are offered on a space-available basis.
- Courses are only applicable for North American sessions.
- Courses are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and other factors.
- Digital courseware and lab content is available through the MyGK portal.
- If student cancels a session within the cancelation window or if GK must cancel a session, student must re-enroll through the Cisco Premier EZsite.
All courses must be completed prior to the subscription end date.
The Cisco Premier Certification Collection is available to customers in the United States and Canada only.
