Anna is a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform content developer with Microsoft Worldwide Learning, specializing in the Power Platform Core, Marketing, and Field Service courses. As a content developer, Anna facilitates job task analysis sessions with subject matter experts, builds training content, and contributes to exam item development.
Prior to joining the training development team in Worldwide Learning, Anna worked as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Consulting Services, where she implemented Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for enterprise customers in multiple industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and customer service.
