With the tremendous growth, reach and data captured in Global Knowledge's IT Skills and Salary Survey,  Zane Schweer, director of marketing communications and survey lead, was requested to present exclusive European-focused data to the EU skills commission in Brussels, Belgium. His presentation "Skills Development: Not a Laissez-faire Affair" highlighted how certification training is driving Europe's IT professionals continuous learning, the disconnect in prioritizing training when IT decision-makers who have a training budget aren't approving training, and how a learning culture starts at the top.
