What is GK Polaris Discovery?
GK Polaris Discovery is a live streaming virtual classroom training subscription that includes unlimited access to over 300 live instructor-led courses across AWS, cybersecurity, Microsoft and more taught by certified instructors. It also includes our GK Polaris Accelerate and Launch On-Demand learning subscriptions.

- Unlimited non-concurrent class enrollments (and retakes)
- You don’t have to provide a PO or other form of payment for each enrollment
Are the virtual classes the same as in-person classes?
Yes! You receive the exact same courseware and labs as our in-person classes. You learn from the same certified instructors. Here’s where it gets better: You have the added benefits of class recordings so you can revisit sections you might have missed or need to hear again, and the convenience to attend from wherever you want. It’s great flexibility.
Do I have to submit a PO or provide a form of payment every time I enroll?
No! We’ve streamlined the payment logistics. You pay one time and you’re done. You will receive a course confirmation every time you enroll in a new course for your records.

Throw out what you think a learning subscription is; GK Polaris is what other subscriptions wish they were. We’re the worldwide leader in IT training and we’re leveraging our size to your benefit. You pay one price for unlimited training. You may find that some of the courses in our portfolio aren’t included in GK Polaris at this time. Here’s more information about the program.
If GK Polaris Discovery isn’t feasible right now, try GK Polaris Accelerate. It includes challenge-based activities in live lab environments in areas such as AWS, Microsoft and cybersecurity. GK Polaris provides unlimited live streaming virtual classroom courses taught by certified instructors and includes on-demand training. Other learning subscriptions don’t provide both unlimited instructor-led training and on-demand learning and may also be a grey market provider (meaning not vendor authorized).
GK Polaris Discovery includes certification prep courses for over 60 certifications.

The ITIL courses include an exam voucher. Vouchers for AWS and Microsoft can be purchased separately (ask your Account Manager). Students are responsible for locating a testing organization and scheduling their certification exam.
As a subscriber, you enroll into courses via your own GK Polaris Discovery Course Catalog, which you access via our MyGK learning platform. You don’t need to contact your account manager or submit additional payment information.
My schedule changed and I can’t attend my course, how do I cancel a course?
To cancel an enrollment, email Cancel.Nam@globalknowledge.com. You need to notify us by email at least 16 days prior to the course start date. This allows for someone else to attend the class.
What consumption reports are available to managers?
Our customer success team can provide ad hoc usage reports. We provide usage reports to subscribers. Our team is also available for course recommendations and learning path support.
What kind of discount can I get if I sign my whole team up?
We provide volume discounts starting at 150 employees. Speak with your account manager to learn more.
