Since ITIL v3 in 2006, there have been a large number of new and updated technologies (Cloud, Serverless, Software Defined Networking, AI, etc.) and ITIL4 reflects the new ways of working that have accompanied the digital revolution.

ITIL 4 Foundation was released in Q1 2019. The ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition was released in late 2019 with the rest of the modules following later in the year and into 2020.

This course provides those IT leaders, practitioners and support staff who already hold the ITIL v3 foundation certificate with a quick and easy way to upgrade to the ITIL4 foundation.  Students will get an understanding of the key concepts, common language, principles and practices that enables successful management of modern IT-enabled services.
