MyGK Account Answers
How do I access my Global Knowledge course?
To access your course, log in to your MyGK account and click the Learning tile.
If you're not seeing your course, refer to your confirmation email from ConfirmAdmin.NAm@globalknowledge.com for more information. The “Additional Information” section at the bottom may contain additional instructions.
How do I access a live class recording in MyGK?
Select the Virtual Classroom Live course you are enrolled in; your class recording will be available in your My GK account inside the learning tile on the "Instant Course Replay" tile, by the end of the day. You may need to zoom out on your browser to see the arrow to advance to the next page and view the tile.

Partner-delivered and AWS courses are not recorded.
Can I access MyGK courses on a mobile device?
Your Global Knowledge MyGK account is available and works on all devices and most modern browsers—desktop, tablet or mobile.
If you are taking a virtual class, download and install the Zoom Mobile app. Once the app is installed on your Apple iOS or Android device, call Global Knowledge technical support at 1-866-825-8555 to verify your enrollment and to provide a Meeting ID. You will use this mobile attendee URL to access your class from any of your mobile devices throughout the week.
Important: Using a mobile device should be an exception, as many Global Knowledge courses require a Windows PC to access the remote lab environment at various times during the week.
What’s the dial-in number for the course?
To join a virtual class delivered in MyGK, log in to your MyGK account and click the Learning tile. Click the Virtual Classroom Live tile to launch the virtual classroom, powered by Zoom. Once you are in the virtual classroom, you will be prompted to connect to the room audio using either computer audio (computer speakers and microphone) or a telephone.

If your course is delivered by a partner, contact their customer support for more information.
How do I receive my course certificate?
To access your course completion certificate, log in to your MyGK account and click the Course History tile. It may take up to 72 hours after course completion for the certificate to post.
If your course is not listed in your Course History tile, a partner may have emailed your completion certificate directly.
How do I download my receipt for the course?
To access your receipts, log in to your MyGK account and click the Course History tile.
Can’t log in to the website or MyGK?
Your globalknowledge.com website login credentials are likely different from your MyGK.globalknowledge.com credentials.
Here’s the difference between a GlobalKnowledge.com account and a MyGK globalknowledge.com account:
- Globalknowledge.com allows you to purchase courses online.
- Reset your password here or if you have your credentials, sign in here. Note, an account is not necessary to purchase courses. If you do not have an account and attempt a reset, no email will be sent so please create an account.
- MyGK.globalknowledge.com provides access to your purchased items. Reset your MyGK password here.
