REPORTING AND CERTIFICATES

Global Knowledge provides reporting for each course taken by each Claimant. Reports are emailed to the Case Manager and faxed to the general WCB number to be included in the Claimant reporting.

Weekly/ Daily Alerts:

1. Absence Alerts will be emailed daily to case managers for students who are not in class
2. Notes on any learning issues or advancements

Post Course Assessment:

1. Provided at the completion of the course
2. Full attendance
3. Individual course material covered

Completion Certificate:

1. Provided directly to the student within their Global Knowledge MyGK online access
2. If requested, certificate sent to Case Manager
3. Certificate only provided with a Pass on each course level
