Course Advisor contacted me personally to ensure that I had received informational emails and was on track to begin course. I heard from her before I heard from my employer and WCB regarding my eligibility for course. My queries were answered politely and fully. Then, course materials were made available. Typing.com- online - at home is an excellent resource as time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all. I appreciated very much being able to practice and not get behind when I missed time due to illness, as well as practice extra at home when I had time available. This greatly reduced the potential stress which can culminate into confusion and paralysis! Instructors are all excellent people! They are kind and patient with adults who don't know what it seems kids are born knowing these days. The instruction is clear and concise and repeated when necessary. Also, administrative staff and technical support person were very available and helpful when needed.I also appreciated greatly the coffee and snacks provided. That generous element has supported our efforts to care for other essential life matters when they came up and still be able to concentrate in class.The class environment is well located and clean. This is the best course presentation I have experienced; I wish they were all like this! Thank you so much! I wish you great success in continuing to provide this service.
