At Global Knowledge, we make a difference in people’s lives through skills transformation. Modern organizations need to invest as much in their people’s skills as they do in technology. We help organizations make those investments wisely and, in so doing, we help them stay relevant and competitive in the face of rapid technological change.
Our People
We are proud to offer our people a fun place to work! Our staff are part of a global community that is diverse, engaged and inclusive. We encourage hard work and ambition, but we are equally committed to offering work-life balance and flexible work environments. We also support professional development by offering our employees and their immediate families free Global Knowledge training.
Sustainability
We reduce our impact on the environment in several ways. Our company-wide recycling program covers computer equipment, paper, plastics and toner cartridges. In our training centres, mugs and glassware are used instead of paper and Styrofoam. Our courseware is electronic, thus saving on paper. And our training centres are easily accessed by public transit, with digital courses available to allow for remote training with no travel at all.
Giving Back
Global Knowledge employees receive a paid day off each year to volunteer with the local community organization of their choice. In addition, Global Knowledge has a longstanding commitment to provide computer skills training to the residents of Covenant House, a shelter for homeless youth in Toronto.
