In this 60-minute webinar Dipal will speak to how organizations can embed diversity and inclusion in their practices by using the principles of change management. She will draw on various models to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that will apply to all organizations no matter what stage they at are at including starting the conversation, getting buy-in from key stakeholders, developing a strategy or sustaining initiatives.
Dipal Damani is the founder of D&D Inclusion Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that works with government, nonprofits and the private sector to create more inclusive organizations and communities. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries to develop effective tools and processes to advance their diversity and inclusion agendas. Dipal frequently presents, publishes and delivers workshops on on how to recruit, retain and engage people of different ethnicities, genders, ages, religions, sexual orientation and disabilities.
