  • Core Agile practices such as creating stories and story maps, iteration planning, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, and retrospectives
  • Introduction to the Continuous Delivery Pipeline to support frequent and reliable value delivery

Module 4: Executing the PI

  • Lean Agile thinking and a customer centric approach to define, prioritize, and deliver features and stories that can be rapidly built, tested, and released

Module 5: AI for Product Roles

  • Hands-on skills to leverage AI for backlog refinement, prioritization, feature discovery, and stronger customer connection, guided by responsible AI principles.

Prerequisites

There are no requirements to participate in this course. However, if you want to take the exam, we recommend that you have:

  • Participated in a Leading SAFe training course
  • Experience working in a SAFe environment
  • Experience with Lean, Agile or other relevant certifications
