TERMINATION / ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

Abusive behavior of the Polaris subscription may result in the suspension or deactivation of the beneficiary's subscription, without possible refund. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

-Sharing login information or content from any course with other people.

-A No-show or any cancellation by the beneficiary within 10 (ten) working days, except in cases of force majeure and upon proof

-Registration for two or more courses scheduled at the same time

-And any other similar behavior deemed unreasonable in GK's sole discretion.

The beneficiary may be asked for a photo and the instructor reserves the right to ask him to activate his webcam during the training, in order to control the non-transfer of access rights linked to the registered subscription
