This course is intended for IT professionals responsible for administering Microsoft 365 environments that use AI agents, including:

- Microsoft 365 administrators

- Identity and access administrators

- Security and compliance administrators

- Cloud and platform administrators expanding into AI governance Learners are expected to have working familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration — including the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra basics (users, groups, Conditional Access), and core Microsoft Purview concepts. Prior experience with AI agents is not required.
