Meet the experts leading the conversation!

Alex Harding is a globally recognised ITIL® and PeopleCert ambassador, known for championing best practice in IT service management across the industry. He brings a practitioner's eye to how organisations can move beyond theory to real operational impact.

Duncan Anderson is an ITIL® expert and lead trainer at Global Knowledge, with 30 years in IT service management. He's known for translating ITIL® principles into practical, immediately actionable strategies.
