This interactive training can be taken from any location, your office or home and is delivered by a trainer. This training does not have any delegates in the class with the instructor, since all delegates are virtually connected.   • Define and shape legacy-driven leadership
  • Ethical governance and industry-wide impact from the C-suite
  • Tools: Vision-building, storytelling, legacy roadmap, leadership purpose frameworks

Sample Habit: At the start of each week, reflect on one decision and ask: “Will this contribute to the leadership legacy I want to leave?”

Module 2 - Driving Equity & Inclusion in Business Strategy

  • Advance ED&I through governance, innovation, and accountability
  • Align corporate strategy with social impact and inclusive growth
  • Tools: CEO-led roundtables, ED&I scorecards, policy discussions

Sample Habit: During strategic discussions, intentionally ask: “How are we embedding equity into this commercial decision?”

Module 3 - High-stakes Decision-making & Crisis Leadership

  • Respond decisively during crises and ethical dilemmas
  • Build rapid-response and mitigation strategies for uncertainty

Module 4 -  The Boardroom & Systemic Change: Global Leadership Trends

HabiTrack™ Access

All participants receive access to HabiTrack™ for the duration of the programme + 6 months after. This digital tool supports habit formation through daily tracking, reflection, and peer feedback. It is accessible as a standalone platform or can be integrated with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.


E-learning

Optional e-learning modules are available either via SCORM packages for LMS integration or through Skillsoft’s Percipio platform (if licensed by the client).


Coaching

This course includes 1 virtual coaching session per participant, to be scheduled within 2 weeks post-delivery. Additional coaching packages are available on request.
