TopThis is an introductory course for leaders and managers who want to understand how to embed AI into their organisation. It provides a 1-day foundation and prepares you as a leader to:

Course Content
Top1. AI Readiness Assessment
A 15-minute digital diagnostic assessing AI fluency, confidence, and role relevance.
2. Pre-Work & eLearning
Engaging, practical modules that contextualise AI for leadership. Covers ethics, governance, strategic opportunity, and practical use cases.
3. AI Leadership Lab
A full immersive, virtual 1 day leadership session for up to 25 leaders. Facilitated by a dual expert team, AI strategist + leadership facilitator.
Programme modules build sequentially:
- Accountable Owner: Setting the guardrails for ethical AI strategy
- Decision Maker: Evaluating AI proposals for value, risk, and ROI
- Implementer: Delivering AI inclusively, reducing bias, and leading blended teams Includes AI tools, live case work, peer critique, and system-level framing.
4. Reflection & Coaching (6 weeks post)
Small-group facilitated session to reflect on habit progress, apply learning and sustain momentum.
5. HabiTrack
Our behavioural habit-tracking platform reinforces action in-role, surfacing what’s working and where support is needed.
6. Evaluation & Impact Reporting
Reviewing impact of programme for you in your role as a leader, in leading a team of AI and human talent.

All participants receive access to HabiTrack™ for the duration of the programme + 6 months after. This digital tool supports habit formation through daily tracking, reflection, and peer feedback. It is accessible as a standalone platform or can be integrated with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.
E-learning
Optional e-learning modules are available either via SCORM packages for LMS integration or through Skillsoft’s Percipio platform (if licensed by the client).
