Portfolio Lead

As a Portfolio Lead you will oversee all business aspects of vendors or solutions included in your respective portfolio, working alongside our Sales, Operations and Marketing teams. You will be customer focused and results driven, with superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests for time.

Key objectives of the role include:

  • To develop and manage effective Vendor and Partner relationships
  • Devising the go-to-market strategy for the Portfolio
  • To identifying gaps within the Portfolio and finding partners who can help to fill that gap
  • Ensure that all aspects of the Portfolio are optimised, including operations and marketing
  • Maximise revenue and profitability, based on a good understanding of financial performance
  • Enable responsive and flexible action to be taken to respond to changing market demands
  • Ensure sales have the knowledge and tools available to successfully take the Portfolio to market

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience working within a training operations / product management role for a large training organisation. They will have some technical knowledge of Cloud and preferably Application Development, with proven ability of working both independently with little supervision, and within a team in a service-orientated environment. They will have sound judgement, excellent problem solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strong commercial awareness.
