Customer Services Manager

As the Customer Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the business, working alongside our sales teams and leading the Customer Services team.

Key objectives of the role include:


  • Day to day line management of a team of nine Customer Service and Client Support Executives, ensuring the team are motivated and supported in their performance and development
  • Working with our Sales Managers to ensure the appropriate team members are focused on market opportunities within their team
  • To provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in line with SLA’s, with a continual focus on how Global Knowledge can add value for the customer through the Customer Services team
  • Keeping up to date on product knowledge in order to support and advise the Customer Service team where necessary
  • Ensuring all provisional bookings, cancellations, no-shows and transfers are actioned in line with Company policies
  • Supporting and contributing to the day to day activities of the team as and when required
  • Maximising revenue streams from key accounts
  • To be the escalation point for any Customer Service/Client Support queries


We are looking for an individual who has had previous experience in managing a Customer Services team within a sales focused environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and work collaboratively as part of a team, whilst leading by example. They will be a natural leader and coach, with a mentoring attitude and capability.
