Senior Client Manager

As an Senior Client Manager you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the business, leading the sector plan and coaching others to deliver.
Key objectives of the role include:
- Deliver revenue in line with targets within authorised profit parameters in line with a formalised plan,
- Utilise knowledge of the associated sector and changing landscape to support portfolio alignment and developing and executing account strategies
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans and associated CRM hygiene
- Develop propositions and supplier engagement plans to create need and influence buying decisions
- Win contract engagement that enable pipeline confidence and certified case studies
- Ensure a fully qualified understanding of the client strategy and dependencies around any need is understood
- Manage team members to deliver activities associated with progressive engagement including marketing or event generated leads
We are looking for a sales driven individual with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive previous experience working within a Training or IT organisation, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to Senior/C Level and be able to display resilience and passion whilst maintaining integrity at all times.
