Axelos® ProPath: A Clearer User Journey For Project Managers
Beginning of 2021, AXELOS® has restructured its Project, Program and Management certification portfolio under the ProPath new designation & scheme.
While PRINCE2® certification is considered as a key entry point for professionals looking to get certified in project management, many of them probably ignore that additional skills could answer their needs to even better excel in their job role.
Once achieved your PRINCE2® and PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner certifications, did you know about the additional skills you could acquire?

All those Axelos® “products” are complement knowledge and practices to lead to a higher overview of the way you manage the projects, by not considering projects as standalone projects. For example, it’s not rare that people are managing several projects at the same time, did they look at how one project is contributing within a global programme? MSP or MoP products are more strategic ones which impact efficiency of each of the future projects, while risk and value should be included in the global role of a project manager “by default”.
Of course, professional can cumulate those certification but until now, consistency was missing to let them valorize their competencies.
That’s why Axelos® built a new certification scheme called “ProPath” with the objective of raising the certification titles to the rank of Expert or Leader.
