Microsoft Certification Spotlight: AI Engineer

With the proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) via tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-polit, the AI engineer certification is more relevant than ever. Microsoft Azure AI engineers build, manage, and deploy AI solutions that make the most of Azure Cognitive Services and Azure services. Their responsibilities include participating in all phases of AI solutions development—from requirements definition and design to development, deployment, integration, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring.

If you’re looking to get an overview of the possibilities AI offers, we recommend starting with the 1-day AI-900, AI Fundamentals course, which is not a certification requirement.

If you’re looking to get the AI Engineer certification, use the 4-day course M-AI102, Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution to prepare. The course will use C# or Python as the programming language.
