Configuration as Code for Enterprise Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AU245)

AU245 - Get an introduction to Configuration as Code (CaC) using Git and CI/CD principles to establish a robust, version-controlled, and automated pipeline for Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform configuration management

This course proposes an introduction to Configuration as Code (CaC) using Git and CI/CD principles to establish a robust, version-controlled, and automated pipeline for Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform configuration management.

Configuration as Code for Enterprise Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AU245) is designed to teach IT professionals how to scale and manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform applying Configuration as Code core principles.

Implementing a Configuration as Code methodology empowers enterprises to establish a robust, version-controlled, and automated pipeline for configuration management. This approach overcomes the barriers to reliably scaling automation by ensuring configuration consistency, improving change tracking, and significantly reducing the operational risks and downtime associated with manual, error-prone deployments.

You will build a foundation in Git and CI/CD principles to help you transition from the manual administration of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to an automated approach. This equips you with the essential, hands-on skills to begin using configurations as code, allowing you to safely validate, test, and promote deployments from staging environments to production.

By adopting these fundamental operations practices, you will improve team collaboration, reduce deployment errors, and learn to confidently execute critical system changes.

Note: Starting January 1, 2026, Red Hat introduces RHLS-Course — a flexible subscription model now included with this catalog offering. This replaces the previous direct virtual class enrollment from Global Knowledge.
