Course Overview


The aim of this training event is to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of the PRINCE2®project management method. This training will help prepare participants for the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination. The course follows the standard syllabus issued by AXELOS, which focuses on the PRINCE2® framework and how this is be applied intelligently to real projects.

About the Exam

The PRINCE2® Practitioner exam will be offered on the last day of class. It is an open-book exam and is based on an objective-testing format. You will have two and a half hours to complete eight questions (no reading time has been added). Ten marks are available per question for a total score of 80. In order to pass the exam, you must receive a score of 55% (44 out of 80 correct answers). 

The manual that can be referenced during the Practitioner exam is Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2: 2009 Edition, ISBN: 0113310595 which is provided with the courseware materials.
