Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialisation
The Collaboration Architecture Specialisation is designed to validate a partner’s ability to solve customers' business challenges by delivering solutions that help them connect customers, partners, and suppliers. As a Collaboration Architecture Partner, you demonstrate advanced expertise with the Cisco Collaboration Architecture, including unified communications, messaging, and telepresence. Advanced Architecture Specialisations can be used as the specialisation requirements for Select and Premier partner. Gold partners require 4 Advanced Architecture Specialisations with the Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialisations as one of the options.
Specialisation Requirements
The specialisation is made up of three distinct roles, Account Manager (AM), Architecture Systems Engineer (SE), Field Engineer (FE). An individual may only fulfil one Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialisation role.
The training not allocated to roles can be fulfilled by any individual(s) who holds the required specialist accreditations regardless of whether he or she is filling the required job role (account manager or systems engineer). The online application only checks that someone from the company holds these badges.
Role Sharing (3-2-1) rules:
AM: Account Managers may fulfil up to 3 Advanced Architecture Account Manager roles
SE: System Engineers may fulfil up to 2 Advanced Architecture System Engineer roles
FE: Field Engineers may fulfil 1 Advanced Architecture Field Engineer role.
Within each Advanced Architecture specialisation, one person may fill up to two FE roles in that specialisation.
Each person can only hold one role type (AM, SE or FE) at one time within Architecture specialisations
