Global Knowledge Virtual Classroom how to use?

1. Login

   You will participate an online training from Global Knowledge. To access the training, go to www.globalknowledge.be and select Login at the top right of the webpage.

   Your username is your e-mail address. You have received your temporary password in your confirmation email. We advise you to change this password as soon as you are logged-in. New users will receive their login details two weeks before the training starts. If you did not receive this email or cannot find it, please select 'forgot password'. Have you attended a training course with Global Knowledge before? Then use your old login details.

2. Dashboard 'Your Trainings'.

   After you have logged-in, select 'Your Trainings' on the dashboard. There you will find your training(s). On the day of the training, a 'green start button' will appear, at the bottom right of the 'virtual sessions' block. By selecting the green start button you get live access to the virtual classroom.  NB. This start button is only visible on the start date of the training. 

3. Start training

   Make sure you're ready on time in the Virtual Classroom. We recommend to login half an hour before the start of the training. This way you can be sure that everything works properly and that you are ready on time before the training starts. 
   
   If you have not registered in the Virtual Classroom 15 minutes before the start of the training, an email will be sent by the instructor giving you direct access to the session.  

4. Course description

   We advise you to carefully read the course description prior to the training.  When you select ‘your training results’, you will be taken to a separate webpage with information about the training. In the right column under training method you can find the full training description.

5. Test Meeting

   Make sure your audio, microphone and camera are working properly. This is how you can communicate with your teacher and fellow students. Therefore we advise you to test this prior to the training. You can do this through this Test meeting. Your laptop or PC must meet the following requirements.

6. Recording of the training 
   
   The entire training will be recorded. When you are logged-in you can find the recordings of the training on the dashboard 'Your Training', these can be found from 24 to 48 hours after the end of the training. However with the exception of a few training sessions, this will be communicated in advance.
