Become an ITIL4 Managing Professional faster

Can you become ITIL4 Managing Professional via a fast track? You sure can. In this article, Global Knowledge instructor Karel Hoster explains how.

Have you received multiple ITILv.3 certifications in the past? Have you not had the opportunity to become a ITIL certificed Expert? If so, you can get the ITIL4 Managing Professional qualification instead.

Virtual Classroom training

Maybe you're thinking - Virtual Classroom, that isn't for me. But the opposite is true, I think. But maybe it's not that important what I think, but what other participants of Global Knowledge Virtual Classroom courses think.

First of all, I'd like to guide you through the regular route towards becoming a ITIL4 Managing Professional. I've described the route below.

You attend the following courses

• ITIL4 Foundation training course
• 3 of the so called ITIL4 Specialist courses:
• Create, Deliver and Support
• Drive Stakeholder Value
• High-Velocity IT
• 1 ITIL4 Strategist training course
• Direct, Plan and Improve

Getting this qualification will take you up to 15 training course days.

What's the fast track?

You can also get this qualification via the five-day ITIL4 Managing Professional Transition training course. In only 5 days. Attending the Transition training course saves you up to 10 training course days. You can get your qualification via the fast track if:

• You already have 17 ITILv3 course credits
• You already are a certified ITIL Expert

Global Knowledge has already ran various ITIL4 Management Professional Transition training courses. The participants have received the ITIL 4 Managing Professional qualification. This is something for you!

Haven't got 17 credits yet?
