Afraid it will be too crowded at your place of employment? Make sure everyone has access to a mobile application, which they can use to tell if they are coming to the office or not. You can use this system to schedule lunch breaks too, By scheduling who is coming in when, you can make sure employees are able to keep distance at all times.

Make working from home appealing

Make sure you have got the best solution for planning and meetings (like Microsoft Teams) and make sure employees have access to all the programs and applications they use in the office.
