The AI-Empowered SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) is a two-day course that equips you with the tools to manage backlogs, lead teams, and plan programs effectively, enhanced by modern AI applications that support smarter product decisions and stronger customer alignment.

Modern Product Owners and Product Managers increasingly work in AI-driven environments. This training therefore includes practical guidance on how AI can responsibly support backlog refinement, feature discovery, prioritization, and customer insight. The SAFe® POPM course will teach you how to adopt a customer-centric approach to building products, using the Scaled Agile Framework® to deliver more value, faster.

Participants will receive an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework™ and the Lean-Agile mindset, as well as a deep understanding of the specific activities, tools, and mechanics involved in delivering value to the enterprise.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be well-equipped to pass the SAFe® PO/PM certification exam.

Additionally, participants will use AI for smarter backlog refinement and customer-centric product decisions in a Lean-Agile enterprise.
