ITIL®4 Master
The ITIL®4 Master certification is the highest ITIL® certification. This certification means you have mastered not just the theory of the ITIL® principles, methods and techniques, you can also implement these Best Practices to your own situation.
How do you obtain the ITIL® Master certification?
To obtain the Master certification, you have to be able to explain how you implement the ITIL® Framework knowledge, Best Practices and methods in your own work methods. By performing a couple of assignments, you demonstrate how you've done this.
There is no syllabus for this certification - the way you are tested depends entirely on your own situation - everyone's experience working with the ITIL® Framework is different after all. This means there is also no training course available for this certification.
When can you get the ITIL® Master certification?
The following requirements apply to this certification:
- You have to have the ITIL®4 Managing Professional certification
- You have working experience in IT service management of at least five years in leadership, managerial, or higher management advisory levels.
