Introducing a New Cisco Certification Framework
This past June at Cisco Live in San Diego, Cisco introduced new training courses and certifications designed to combine infrastructure expertise with the power of programmability to enable the advantages of intent-based networking. Featuring six key technology areas, this next-generation certification framework will validate critical job skills and your ability to manage modern enterprise infrastructures.
Cisco Next Level Certifications
Cisco has simplified the certification process with the renewed certification program. The 'Next Level' certifications are more in line with current and future digital networks.
Associate level certifications including CCNA and DevNet Associate can be achieved with one exam supported by one training. Professional level (CCNP) certifications can be obtained by taking two exams - a core exam and a concentration exam.
Cisco's Next Level certification program also includes DevNet certifications. The Devnet program is intended for both network professionals and software developers to optimize and develop applications for the new network.
