KNOWLEDGE PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Knowledge Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of issue; any remaining training days expire after that.
  • Rights and obligations under these Knowledge Pass terms are non-transferable without prior written consent from Global Knowledge.
  • The Knowledge Pass can be redeemed for training provided by Global Knowledge in the Belgium, delivered virtually or at its own training locations.
  • It can also be used for training with external suppliers, exams, and e-learning modules at the standard price without discount.
  • Both standard and custom group training can be booked via the Knowledge Pass, based on the investment proposal for the request.
  • The Knowledge Pass cannot be combined with other discount agreements/promotions.
  • Knowledge Pass credits cannot be paid out in cash.
  • If Global Knowledge cancels or postpones a course booked within the validity period (except due to force majeure), that course can still be attended after the validity period using the Knowledge Pass.
  • If the value of the Knowledge Pass is exceeded when booking the last course, the excess amount (calculated using the applicable daily rates) will be charged separately.
  • Invoicing of the total price plus VAT occurs immediately after signing the Knowledge Pass agreement by Global Knowledge.
  • The General Terms and Exam Terms of Global Knowledge also apply. These can be found on our website.
  • If the Knowledge Pass terms conflict with the General Terms, the General Terms prevail.
  • If you wish to use GK Polaris Launch, Accelerate, Discovery, or Elite for Microsoft within the Knowledge Pass, these must be activated within 5 working days from the start date of the Knowledge Pass.
