What's it like to attend a training course on location at Global Knowledge?

This is what happens when you get here
The day of your training course is here. How does it work when you get to one of our locations?
You have to wear a face mask at our locations. You can take the face mask off when you are sitting down in the classroom. Follow the instructions on the signs and the stickers once you get to one of our locations. These signs and stickers clearly state what's expected of you. As always, you make yourself known at our reception once you get to the location. Make sure you keep 1.5 meter distance from others at all times an follow the instructions from our receptionists.
At our location in Mechelen, the classrooms are displayed on a screen. At our other locations, the receptionists will tell you in which classroom your training course will take place. Additional cleaning is carried out on all our locations.
Time for coffee
Time for a cup of coffee before the start of your training course! Our coffee corner has been set up in a way that makes it easy for you to keep the 1.5 meters distance from others. It's cleaned often but cleaning wipes are also present, if you'd rather clean the machine again yourself before using it.
On our locations, soap and disinfecting gels are ready for use, so you can keep your hands clean. Wherever you are at the location - keep the 1.5 meters distance from others.
Time for training!
With a cup of coffee and clean hands you get to the classroom. The classroom has been set up so you can keep the 1.5 meters distance at all times. Make sure you keep 1.5 meters distance between you and others when coming in to and leaving the classroom. When you are seated, you are allowed to take off your face mask.
Of course all the classrooms are cleaned properly.
Keep these things in mind before you come to one of our locations
You won't have to wear a face mask when you attend a training course or take an exam at one of our locations. We do kindly request you to attend the training course via our Virtual Classroom if you've got cold or flu-like symptoms, or if someone who's living with you has Covid-19 or cold or flu-like symptoms.
