PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam:

- Objective testing

- Open book (only official hard copies of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® Agile Guidance will be allowed. Printed PDF copies and digital copies stored on electronic devices will not be permitted in exam environments)

- Students may use annotated or tabulated hard copies in the exam. However, these copies may not contain additional loose papers or notes

- There are 50 questions per paper (each worth one mark)

- 30 marks are required to pass (60%)

- Candidates will have two and a half hours (150 minutes) to complete the exam, with no additional reading time

• To evaluate how effectively PRINCE2 Agile has been applied to a project
• How to tailor and apply PRINCE2 to projects within an Agile context (using several case studies as examples)
• How to adjust elements of PRINCE2 Agile to enable better project outcomes
• Additional concepts of PRINCE2 Agile, along with Tolerances and Targets and Focus Areas
• Everything needed to pass the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam

Module 1: A Review of PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

• A series of quiz questions reviewing key knowledge of PRINCE2 and agile methods acquired on the foundation course

Module 2: PRINCE2 Agile – Additional Concepts

• A series of videos covering content not presented at foundation level, including:
• Agile contracts
• Defining value
• Servant leadership
• The Cynefin framework
• All PRINCE2 management products

Module 3: The McNeil Group

• An introduction to the case study approach taken in the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam
• An introductory video explaining the company and the project used in the case study

Module 4: PRINCE2 Agile Tolerances and Targets

• A series of three case studies where learners apply the PRINCE2 Agile tolerances and targets to an element of the project
• Evaluate the effectiveness of how tolerances and targets have been applied

Module 5: PRINCE2 Agile Focus Areas

• A series of four case studies where learners apply the PRINCE2 Agile focus areas: Contracts, requirements, communication, frequent releases and the Agilometer
• Evaluate the effectiveness of how the focus areas have been applied

Module 6: PRINCE2 Agile Principles, Themes and Processes

• A series of three case studies where learners have to tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to an area of the project
• Evaluate how effective the tailoring has been

Module 7: PRINCE2 Agile Principles, Themes and Processes

• A second series of three case studies where learners have to tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to an area of the project
