Als IT professional wordt de interne en externe communicatie steeds belangrijker. Waar je tot een paar jaar geleden misschien met enkele personen contact had, ben je nu de schakel tussen de klant, de salesafdeling en het management. Dit vereist een aantal skills die niet iedereen van nature lijkt te bezitten. Er verandert veel in hoe bedrijven worden ingericht. De klant komt bijvoorbeeld steeds centraler te staan en hoe ga je daar dan mee om. In deze training gaan we de interne en externe communicatie optimaliseren.

Op basis van de ECHT methode* en veel praktische oefeningen worden alle facetten van communicatie behandeld. Je zult veel ontdekken
over jouw manier van communiceren en of dat ook overkomt zoals je bedoelt.

Ook leer je hoe je op een prettige manier feedback kunt geven aan zowel klanten als collega’s. De theorie wordt direct met behulp van trainingsacteurs in praktijk gebracht.

De ECHT methode gaat uit van de eigen kracht en sterke punten van de kandidaten. Vaak kan met minimale aanpassingen de communicatie aanzienlijk verbeteren.
