ISTQB Advanced Test Manager + exam
The training prepares participants for the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate. After the training the participants can set up a test project that is based on risks and lead this test project within the frameworks of policy and strategy. They are able to compose a test team that can execute the test project within the mentioned frameworks and they can also communicate with all stakeholders. In addition, the participant gains insight into the test manager's leading role in test process improvements at all levels.
