Global Knowledge acquires Hodac Training B.V.

Global Knowledge is taking over all activities by Hodac Training B.V. With the acquisition, Global Knowledge hopes to expand her presence in the north of the Netherlands, and to expand her training catalog for end-users.

Hodac Training consists of Lerio and GK-Noord. Lerio specializes in training courses for end-users and GK-Noord has been a reseller of Global Knowledge training courses since 2012.

Global Knowledge Managing Director Benelux René Lap is especially proud to present the acquisition of Hodac Training B.V.. ‘Because of this, Global Knowledge is able to present an even broader portfolio in the north of The Netherlands. We also take a leap forward in expanding our end user-portfolio with the acquisition of Lerio.’
