In the Projectmanagement Masterclass we will dive into the basic principles of Projectmanagement: Decide, phase and manage. 

As a project manager, you are busy solving an issue for a customer. In this workshop we will discover what you have to deal with and think about when doing so.

Lifecycle

You learn about the life cycle of a project and what your role is in this life cycle. We use a successfully finished project as a business case during the workshop.

We dive into what we did to turn this project into a success and how we have executed this project. Finally, we dive deeper into our preparation for this project.

Try it out yourself

We talk about theory in the break-out rooms in the Virtual Classroom. You will have a clear assignment you can talk about with colleagues and together you can brainstorm on best practices.

We collect the tips of the participants. At the end of the workshop, these are shared with all of the participants. You will have a list of tips and tricks at the end of the workshop.
