Introducing the latest ISACA training and certification: Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer

Global Knowledge is offering a brand-new training and certification – ISACA’s Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer. This course will be taught for the first time at the end of June. This article tells you more about the new training and the associated certification.

What does the training include?

Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) is a four-day training course in which you learn how to implement privacy controls in software solutions

Whereas most of the privacy training courses focus on compliance with various rules and laws, the CDPSE also covers how to implement them in your applications. In addition, the training includes the concepts of ‘Privacy by Design’ for your current and future systems.

You’ll also learn how to manage a data lifecycle and how best to advise other teams on privacy and compliance matters.

How do you obtain the CDPSE certification?

To earn the CDPSE certification, you must take the CDPSE exam at the end of the training. You can book the voucher for this exam at Global Knowledge. Please contact our exam desk to do so.

To get the certification, first you should successfully complete the exam. In addition, you must have relevant work experience in the field of privacy. When these two conditions are fulfilled, you must submit a CDPSE Certification Application to ISACA. Read more about the certification requirements on this ISACA page.

Who should take CDPSE?

The CDPSE training is suitable for IT professionals who develop privacy solutions, and for data scientists or analysts. The training is also interesting for software engineers, domain architects, and IT project managers.
